I saw it in the theatre, not a big movie theatre, more like
on were the show documentaires and cult-stuff. But the pool
footage was great. I also loved the freestyle competition,
soo simple, yet soo gracious

Vanilla Sky.

I didn't watch it all, but that's because it bored me so
much I left the room. Only 3/4 other films have bored me as
badly. I couldn't empathise with the characters, the actors
were wooden and the "unreal" quality of it just made it less
believable.

in fact i loved lost highway, and felt nothing with

get into the story.

there wasn't a story to get into to. you were supposed to
reach out for any kind of understanding in the movie and the
fact that there wasn't anything made it different. it was
very very strange.

i preferd mull for some reason.....watching straight story
later.....nice and quiet movie.....
i found mulholland dr smoother than lost highway (wich i
love also).....more coherent in its incoherence.....not that
that makes any sence!!

i thought it was some Freudian vision of lesbian love and
show buisness
and that didnt touch me in any way.
also thought that the old lady and some other characters
were completly ridiculous (maybe on purpose i can guess)

cant get into explainin my vision of the film now.....long

You have to watch mulholland dr keeping in mind that it is
all just a dream up until the singer atthe nightclub part.
Then you see how her life is in reality.
