it's true, with the strict control of the seeds and whatever
there is no diversity within the banana population so the

Maybe the banana has no defence mechanism for the fungus,
but can't humans make something against it?

Next year I'll be doing a thesis about banana-genes, maybe
I'll get to know more about it...

I'm not sure about that. But in discovery magazine (and on a
seperate tv show) they mentioned how frogs are going
extinct. Life can't evolve fast enough for our alterations.
