Maybe the banana has no defence mechanism for the fungus, but can't humans make something against it? Next year I'll be doing a thesis about banana-genes, maybe I'll get to know more about it... |

I'm not sure about that. But in discovery magazine (and on a seperate tv show) they mentioned how frogs are going extinct. Life can't evolve fast enough for our alterations. |
