it says 3.31.03 so I guess it's not "officially" out, I
can't wait though I need more Plaid! Hopefully they'll have
a whole new (non-remix) album soon.

No look you don't get it, this is a fantastic record,
it takes 26 Mixes, laughs at it, steals it's girlfriend,
pukes on it's shoes then beats it to a bloody pulp and shags
all night

I like the artwork it's better than 26 mixes anyway it's a
mix album they had to stray from the usual "Plaid" style.

ive got to get a hold of this release. plaid's remixes
sound more serious and professional than aphex's....

haven't heard it yet,but i think the best plaid remix is big
time sensuality by bjork and i don't know if it is on the
record

lol

so you like it then eh?
But what does it sound like? Just typical plaid-music... or
is it more like the original tracks with a few
plaid-synthesizers added?

Apart from the Grandmaster Flash and Bjork tracks, I haven't
heard any of the originals. Actually you've reminded me to
go on an mp3 hunt to find them, thanks George.

Personally I think Plaid mixes ALL sound like brand new
Plaid tracks. This record encompasses all three of their
albums - there's parts which sound like NFT, RPC and DF, as
well as some older sounding tracks which are more
Trainer-like.

I just bought the CD today. It has a lot more bass than the
mp3s I had, which were ripped from an advance vinyl.

This is record of the year for me so far... although the
Radiohead album is VERY impressive on first impressions...
but there's still a BRAND NEW Plaid dvd/album to come!!!
*froths at the mouth*

I was gonna get this from there if my local shop didn't have
it, but to my surprise they had loads of copies and it was
quite cheap too. So I was happy. :)

Don't mention it. After all, it never hurts to help!

Well what you're describing sounds VERY interesting i must
say! I want it :-D (glad to hear you like teh radiohead
to... i want that one even more!).

I hope my recordstore of choice will also have loads of
cheap copies of the album :-)

apparently warped weren't too impressed with peacefrog
releasing it, plaid are after all first and foremost warp
artists.
