i think the gescom was a big new composition. i think they
were being mysterious about it + not saying who made it
etc.

i think the rests ok though. just in the wrong order. alder
and elius are missed off, they were at the end. i think the
first track is the party people one off double entendre.
dunno the rest, part from the nsync, i think janet jackson?
and another techno one.

offline patrik from Keele (United Kingdom) on 2003-03-23 14:11 [#00612060]
Points: 1448 Status: Regular

double entendre wasn't released on skam though was it?

nope

offline patrik from Keele (United Kingdom) on 2003-03-23 14:16 [#00612072]

so why was it played on a Skam Records showcase? Can't have
been that track

offline hobbes from age on 2003-03-23 14:26 [#00612084]
Points: 8168 Status: Lurker

alder and elius? i dunno...havent heard the show....is it
online anywere or just slsk?(mac user)

offline hannibal from United Kingdom on 2003-03-23 14:56 [#00612110]
Points: 518 Status: Lurker

yeah it was a track off double entendre im pretty sure... i
dont think POP by nsync is on skam either! and some of those
team doyobi tracks arent on skam either, empire is on alku i
think.

WHY IS MY THUMB SO ORANGE?

btw, how long is skam one world meant to be?
my mp3 finishes rather suddenly after 1hour 21minutes

offline hannibal from United Kingdom on 2003-03-23 15:30 [#00612164]
Points: 518 Status: Lurker

i think the whole programme was 2 hours but there was some
mix thing after the skam showcase that was nothing to do
with it. 1hr21 sounds about right.

offline hannibal from United Kingdom on 2003-03-23 15:31 [#00612166]

whaddayamean nsync?
I didn't hear any "Justin Timeforcake" singing on the skam
show!

offline hannibal from United Kingdom on 2003-03-24 12:37 [#00613588]
Points: 518 Status: Lurker

in the alder and elius bit, theres a few pop hits given a
bit of a treatment after the first couple of a&e tracks.
that one that goes d-d-d-d-d-dddirty pop! i think thats
nsync. its rather good!

i think alder and elius is the last set. oh i do like my one
world tape.

No Hannibal, they're remixes (good ones at that). The show
ended when Rob and Andy said goodnight, and the One World
presenter thanked them for doing it.

what's funny is the appearance of these pop tracks shows
their secret admiration of them, whether they admit it or
not

Yeah, for sure. But then, what with pop remixes on Mask, and
Criminal EP's, its obvious pop has some appeal to them :)

It was definitely Rob Hall. His voice sounded similar to the
Rob Hall in Munich who shouted: "Yes!" when the
Spezialmaterial Manager Cio dropped a Gescom track. There
was only rob hall, the spezmat guy, team doyobi me and my
mate in the room so I can remember what it sounded like
exactly.

inverted whales server, so if anyone that has an account
there wants it , come and get it, no line...
