WooferAttack!!! on 2001-04-07 11:45 [#00002884]

This message only for suggest the song N.8 from last album
"Beaucoup Fish" of UNDERWORLD. The title is :"KITTENS".

If someone want to try...

bye # #
woofy

Ramalpha84 from New Zealand (www.mp3.com/aureus) on 2001-04-08 02:47 [#00002899]

I don't get you.... I know you're a foriegner, but please
try to communicate clearer.

I don't really like Underworld, except Tin There from the
Wipeout2097 soundtrack. Listen carefully for the ambient
tune...

ohin on 2001-04-08 06:36 [#00002902]

I think he's just suggesting that song for listening, maybe
that he thinks it would be of interest to aphex twin fans.
Then again I might be totally wrong

WooferAttack!!! on 2001-04-08 10:46 [#00002910]

Okay, okay, okay, ...sorry for my bad english. But It's not
my first language and perhaps I have to study it, better.

POINT ONE
KITTENS is a song from UNDERWORLD that I like.

POINT TWO
Do you like it? No... There isn't problem...
Do you like it? Yes... It's the same.

POINT THREE
In my opinion it's a good song that I indicated to our
Aphex Twin Community.

I think I downloaded kittens awhil ago, is it a real noisy,
kinda harsh song? If it is that song, I didn't like it. But
tin there is still absolutely brilliant.

ClobeSmith from southern california on 2001-04-09 03:08 [#00002944]

good album, good song, but i like jumbo more ...

PostModernVancouver from Vancouver on 2001-04-09 04:22 [#00002945]

Aphex wipes the floor with Underworld with his hands behind
his back/
Theyre so overrated that its just ridiculous.
Not only that, Beaucoup Fish is their worst album.
Second toughest in the Enfants" is far better.
Theyre just very, very predictable...

Ross from Can. on 2001-04-09 05:02 [#00002946]

for me, born slippy is one of the songs that has been a huge
part of my life..since 94 ive loved that song when it was on
a comp. my bro brought in the UK. I'm not into techno, but
it's my favorite song that would be within that genre of
techno/trance.

TekN010G from Australia on 2001-04-09 08:37 [#00002956]

Underworld are a live act, I also downloaded songs of
there's and thought they were crap, but after hearing them
live, I'll never look at them the same again, And despite
what everyone here thinks they are pioneers in innovative
electronica, and as most of the live stuff that they produce
is done "on the fly" It's fuckin well, impressive. aphex
twin wipes the floor with underworld when it comes to IDM
and such, whereas Underworld could kick the shit out of
aphex in a live set,

no offence just stating my opinion ):|)

TekN010G from Australia on 2001-04-09 08:42 [#00002957]

p.s. woofy: what was your first language

WooferAttack!!! from Milan on 2001-04-09 09:27 [#00002959]

eh, eh, eh... it's simple... Italian...
And yours?

the tomato soup videotrackthingie on their DVD Everything
Everything is to fucking great. i could watch that for
weeks.

i think RDJ should release a DVD with musicvideos and stuff.
that would be nice.

Aron? from Canada on 2001-04-09 19:03 [#00002978]

I bought their live album, Everything;Everything. It's
quite good, they're alot better live!

TekN010G from Australia on 2001-04-09 23:07 [#00002988]

WooferAttack!!! from Milan on 2001-04-10 07:24 [#00003023]

Tekn010G: Japanese? Gulp! It' really difficult to learn.
Have a good luck...
:) -SAYONARA-

Think: I like COWGIRL very much. It's a great song.

\_/\_/[][]FY

Ramalpha84 from New Zealand (www.mp3.com/aureus) on 2001-04-10 08:17 [#00003027]

Cow girl is good, but for some reason, it seems "all over
the place" to me. Pearls girl is awesome. If I ever buy an
Underworld album, it'll be the one that's off (second
toughest in the infants I think, correct me if I'm wrong).

WooferAttack!!! from Milan on 2001-04-10 09:51 [#00003032]

I'm agree with you, Ramalpha84.

"Second Toughest in the Infants" is the best Underworld's
work.

\_/\_/°°fy

po{e} from THE UK on 2001-04-16 18:41 [#00003559]

second toughest in the infants is their best album, but I
think some of you are being very harsh about underworld,
they are a very talented band and as others have said,
excellent live

\/\/ooÆ’erAttack!!! from Milan on 2001-04-19 10:41 [#00003912]

Don't forget UNDERWORLD, another "Thump-Thump" band, but
they're great, too.

(To understand what is "THUMP - THUMP" see the topic

their latest album has a gorgeous beginning and a sublime
end, but there's plenty of forgettable stuff in the
middle...

i liked many of their internet releases more.
