I wouldn't trust discogs.com... but I don't have my own copy
of ABB4 here... The Xltronic discography is reporting Cuckoo
as being postioned as #2 tho....

not only that:

allmusic also has it wrong

There have been two pressings of AB4... I don't have my copy
handy here either, but I can't understand why they would
change the track order on the repress.

I'll investigate when I get home.

offtopic: any info on the watmm email?

is receiving mail not possible for everyone at the moment?

two pressings? interesting

we had almost come up to the conclussion that cuckoo was
track 2 in every release

only that some websites had a mistake, such as allmusic.com

link in a older post in this topic

Don't let Mr. "oh, there have been two pressings" Joyrex
steal your spotlight phobia! Follow up with some superior
information! You still have time to keep nacmat from joining
his legions. Let me make a suggestion. When he goes home to
"investigate", you do a little investigating of your own.
Then when he presents his pitiful information about abb4
tomorrow, YOU present your superior information,
nonchalantly. Nacmat will surely stay with xltronic when he
hears you masterfully and elequently describe what aphex
twin was WEARING when creating this song, the genus and
species of the cuckoo bird, how long the song took to make
down to the exact milisecond etc. etc.

heh. Isnt the joyrex site down? The old addie doesnt work.
Man I remember the old days when people would bitch about
joyrex and phob, and keep switching MB's. Each claiming the
other MB had "trolls" and all kinds of crap like that.

Glad that stuff is over.

Whoa! This is huge news. I didn't realize that joyrex was
our royal prisoner of war. I assume all his followers were
burned or buried alive or something? Maybe we should have
kept them as slaves. What should we do with joyrex though?
Phobiazero's either a merciful king or just hasn't thought
of a cruel enough punishment so others will learn not to
compete with his site.
