Thank you. This was a very informatively helpful post to me. Have you thought about writing material aimed specifically at the troll minority like myself? There's less of us, so you'd THINK you'd have less book sales, but think about it. We're rich. We live under bridges and steal the treasures of bridge-crossers all day!
