I love the 80's... the music, movies, tv, toys, games,
etc... everything!!! It has this charm about it that makes
me long for it... nostalgia I guess...

"Dancing with tears in my eyes... living off a memory, of a
love that died!"
- Ultravox

Funkmaster:
totally agreed.
There's nothing on the radio that is good as it was in the
80's .
Eveything sounds the same nowadays, while back then it was
more about the same "sounds".

WTF?

everything in the 80s sounded the same too - its called pop
music!

maybe my view on 80's music is biased as I only really hear
the best pop music from that decade... the stuff that was
really really popular...

its called the grass is always greener syndrome

if you grew up in the 80s, you would have sat around saying
"I wish I grew up in the 70s"

dunno if anyones mentioned it yet but there's a show about a
dude who goes abck to being a teenager in the 80s that's on
autralian Tv atm.

I used to HATE the 80s stuff, but now I think it's kind of
cool in it's own cheesy way.

Personally, I would have rather been a teenager in the 60s.
Beatlemania, baby! Then again, I am kind of glad that I
missed that--things like that cause me stress. :|

I wish I had a time machine and a teleporter. That's not too
much to ask?

Talking about teleporters, scientist have learned to
transport light about 1 meter in absolutely no time. Just a
few particles but well on the way I say.

C'mon! It's one of these things that everyone knows. No,
seriously I got it from a science magazine. These news
aren't often considered ground breaking enough to make it's
way to a well known Internet page. But please prove me
wrong.
