I've been lurking the old aphextwin.nu for a long time and it got about time I joined this msgbrd. I'm a cdfan. I have a recordplayer but I prefer cd's ( :-( i know, i know...) Aphex was my first love. The first album I bought was 'Classics' and I got it from a local record store. Some guy had ordered it through them and he didn't like it. The cd had been in the store for 2 months and they put it up for discount. I listened it and did not know what to make of it. I was thrilled by the walls of sound (at the time I was in to trance and happy hardcore). I bought it instantly. Ever since have I been trying to get more Aphex but unlike some maniacs (meant in a positive way of course :-) ) I am not willing to pay heaps of Euros for rare Aphex records. Other artists I like are of course: Ae, Squarepusher, BoC, Bogdan Raczynski, Prefuse 73, Nautilis, Team Doyobi, Cylob, Jega, etc. Artists I think you should listen to: Proem, Lexaunculpt, Phonem. I just know I forgot to mention tons of artists I like... |

I have a serious problem of spending all of my money on vinyls or cds. oh yeah I've been searching all over the damn place for SAW2 on vinyl...I know I can get it on ebay but I hate ordering online. Always nice to meet all of you, its cool to meet so many people who like the same music as I do...there is no one around here who likes this stuff unfortunately |
