yea, it can motivate you to do some amazing things

not that average stoners would know anything about that...
well, you get out what you put it, I guess.

i wouldn't use it as an anti-depressant, though. Only use it
when you're NOT feeling suicidal, otherwise bad shit will
happen.

Joints for me, although I'm drinking it atm! (See the doing
it wrong thread ;o) )

Although I'm still young I'm a bit more chilled than I used
to be and can't be bothered with the chaos of bongs =op
Although I do buy blunt papers for shits and giggles from
time to time.

Nothing beats a cuppa and a J tho Bo)

You know what's up. Yeah, I'm still young too, but far more
"chilled" as you put it. I feel ya.

Natural supplements are always a plus. I've noticed that
getting the daily need of vitamins in the morning really
helps. Also, get out of the habits of eating shitty food
constantly.

hows everyone getting on? i've been unemployed for over a
year now and have difficulty motivating myself, been feeling
tired all the time, SJW has helped a little and now i'm
going to try online CBT.

wasn't too bad... i need to go out more. i started running a
few weeks ago but had an injury so slowly getting back into
it now, i go the gym quite often though. My physical health
is fine...

You operate by a simple model built into your brain, i use
the very simple analogy by using juggling balls which
represent thoughts, feelings and actions. If your thoughts
are becoming negative it in turn effects your feelings and
then finally your actions which then reinforce the thoughts
and this keep the perpetual depressed cycle in motion like
the juggling balls.

The idea is to break the pattern, to change any one of those
balls ...(the most effective being thoughts), but because
it's easier lets change the 'action ball' you're in a bar,
while waiting to be served stand with your legs straight and
keep your hands out of your pockets and make good eye
contact with the barman/maid, generally people like
confidence, men or women, a warm smile from the barmaid
would give you a good feeling and going back to our model
the 'action' was changed, followed by the 'feeling' and then
your 'thoughts' are now changing becoming more positive. You
beat the pattern, this takes practice but eventually you
train your mind to counteract negative thoughts, feelings or
actions by focusing on changing one of them to positive.

this is very textbook, but i fin the most simple things
work the best

Mentioning the name would say too much about me. I take 3
different kinds of meds everyday.
