any cd's you regret not buying?

I regret not buying the RDJ album in 1997 when I saw it
outside a shop at half price. I didnt know aphex at that
time, but I recalled his face on the cd (probly from seeing
come to daddy once), and I almost bought it...

i deeply regret waiting 3 years to buy pharoahe monch's
album and black star's album and 2 years to buy dead prez's
album... real fucking stupid decisions considering i nearly
bought them when they came out and they turned out to be
three of the best albums i've ever heard

catch up on.

i mean ALL of them too, never owned a single one till I
bought some a few days ago, lots more to go too....*sigh*

The Joyrexs...especially the TB303 shaped pic disc...they
sat in my local record shop for ages...for £4 quid each...

hehe..I try not to think about too often :(...

I think most picture discs are a bit too "gimmicky" for my
liking, but that TB-303 one does look great :) Which actual
release was that?

TheThe - NakedSelf
out of print now. i have it ripped.

i'd have liked to buy 12 Rounds - My Big Hero too, but it is
found nowhere in stores and they said it was out of print
too...
i feel guilty about 12 Rounds, since that's a very good but
not very well-known band and i'd have liked to support them
but i only have their cds ripped ' _ '
i'll surely buy their new album when it comes out.

and i'm sure if i saw Tri Repetae ++ somewhere... (can't
find the ++ edition outside the us but maybe it was in
import?)

other than that, i've finally bought all the cds i wanted.

that it's by Squarepusher, it's just fucking amazing. One
lucky swine on here got that for £4.99 *crys* I would love
it on vinyl for my mix. The one thing that is truely
missing. I check for it on ebay a lot!

There are three solutions to this, all expensive:

1. Buy a vynil-cutting machine and make yourself a dubplate

2. Purchase a scratch-CD and mixer set, people who own them
say you can do everything you can do with a record on them

3. Purchase Final Scratch: it lets you manipulate MP3 files
as you'd physically manipulate vynil records. Kevin
saunderson DJed over here a month ago and he used it.

that I should get it for him,.. (and that he would pay me
back later) anyways, I saw the cd ying in HMV in sydney, I
bought the cd, went to my friens house,.. and immediatly
gave it to him,... If I knew how good it sounds,.. I
wouldn't have sold it to him..the album is SOOOOOO good,..

I don't regret not buying things, what I do regret is not
looking after the early stuff that I bought. I had so many
classics thats have either broken, been lost or stolen.

but what I most regret is one day I needed money badly (4
years ago) I sold like 15 albums (cds) and I didnt get much
money for them... and now those were 15 cds that could be in
my shell with the rest of the cds...

ok they were bad (most of them) but hey it was music and you
never know...

I didn't buy Sgt. Pepper and Abbey Road until late grade 11,
I must have been 16 or around there... pretty late. I kind
of regret it, and kind of not... at least I was old enough
to appreciate it.

Other than that, I have zero regrets. Except for a Creed CD
I bought in junior high.

:-l My Own Prison.

AD - Buzzcaner vinyl i saw the other day in a local shop, it
was for 170 pesos (about 17 dls); recently there was one at
eBay and it go for a lot of pounds.

The things I REALLY REGRET had not bought and saw them a
couple of times are a t-shirt from Arcturus (La Masquerade
Infernale), and long sleeve shirts of Ulver (Nattens
Madrigal) and Satyricon (Shadowthrone era shirt).
