Sweet dude, I've been waiting for the new Kweli.

Train of Thought is one of the best HH albums ever.

I downloaded some samples of the Kweli and I'm frightened.
His lyrical skills are, as always, second to none but the
beats/chorus'... yikes.

Anyone heard the whole thing?

what are they dropping? Have they been holding up plates for
a few years, and now is the big day that the plates will be
dropped on the floor, forever smashing into oblivion?!?!?!?
TELL ME!!!! TELL US, FOR THE GOOD OF HUMANITY!!!

are you serious

come on

its not the mid to late 90's anymore

all of these people have one thing in common - they have
fallen off (or well with kweli he never really got on)

common - nice clothes (erica badooh dick rider)
roots - nice job behind jay-z - that was respectable

NOPE
zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

:P aren't we a little cynical?

way to judge albums before even hearing them!

Talib is a fine lyricist, and I look forward to hearing the
new material -- is DJ hitek producing again?

I take it all back this Kweli album is going to be amazing.

Good 2 You - this is the best HH track I've heard in at
least a year.

Kweli is back to save hip hop!

my thoughts on the amazing new talib kweli album:
click!

tied for best album of the year for sure. wow. download
songs from the album and if you like it, BUY IT. it's cheap
($8.99-11.99) and it's a very solid album by an artist who
doesn't go platinum.

I just got Phrenology last week, and it hasn't left my cd
player since, great album. Thought @ Work, Sacrafic, The
Seed, Pussy Galore and The Water are my favorites, but the
whole thing is amazing
