...well...I heard this story about a guy that couldnt get his printer connected through USB. After 1 hour of USB trouble-shooting, it turned out that the guy had tied (!) the USB-cable to the cords on the back of the PC. |

used to work on a software support line...hated it immensly...I'm still phonephobic... Programmers do not make good support people... At least you're working for a big company (where it's easy to hide..:).. |

...yeah...this guy from a photo-store (a real geek) called in 20 times cuz he thinks the quality on our All-in-one scanners arent good enough... Also...people that think i'm sitting in theyre local area (I'm on danish support), that can't understand why im not driving to theyre house to fix a printer. I'm sitting in Sweden! |

yeah...but still....everything is logged and analyzed. This company is sooo american. This whole month we have to have desklunch, cuz the service level has dropped 1%! |

oh god i hate call supports. a shame you have to work there :) i got a trauma of symantec call support when my old workplace had massive trouble with their products. (their stuff is bad imo) |
