In need of some good chill

Since MUZIK Magazine released their Special Blissed
Out Issue, I've been looking for more n more good chill out
/ down tempo stuff to listen to. I've rediscovered Groove
Armada, and amazon.ca recommended me Thievery Corporation.

Any other really good stuff I should be looking for??

Ah.. I haven't read that issue of Muzik but 'Vertigo' by
Groove Armada is (almost) pure bliss indeed. And Thievery
Corporation got some nice un's too (like Lebanese Blond on
The Mirror Conspiracy).

As for other good "chill" music, check out:

Kid Loco - Jesus Life For Children Under 12 inches (the best
remix album ever, now or ever.. take the remix of Talvin
Singh's Traveller. Good music if I ever heard it. And the
cover is ok too :) )

The "Another Late Night" series. At least the first cd's in
this series are really good. So are the "Back To Mine"
series.

Air, Zero 7, Dusted, Sneaker Pimps, Lamb, Kinobe, etc. etc.

Lot's of good "chill" out there.

In need of some good chilli ?

Heres a vegetarian Chilli.

2 medium egg plants / aubergines
45 ml olive oil
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
4 large green chillies
1 tsp anchovy paste
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp chopped fresh mint

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4 and roast
the egg plants (whole) for 30 minutes. Leave to cool.

2. Cut egg plants in half lengthways, and scoop out the
flesh with a spoon. Put the flesh on a chopping board and
chop it finely. Finely chop the onion, garlic and chillies.

3. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the onion, garlic and
chillies for 2 minutes, stirring all the time. Add the egg
plant and the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Check
the seasoning and transfer to an ovenproof dish. Cover the
dish with foil, and bake in the oven at 160°C, 325°F, Gas
Mark 3 for 25 minutes. Either serve hot immediately, or
serve cold from the refrigerator (will keep for a few
days).
