My Juventus has an hard group, imo.

Newcastle, Feyenoord and Dinamo Kiev are strong teams...

Group G looks like the Group of Death

Liverpool will qualify from ours :)

Actually, none of the groups look easy. It is probably one
of the most evenly matched draws for years.

Apart from Man U who have got the easiest group again :(

me and woofer are both sporting pinky-hat avatars in honour
of nacmat :)

the champions league will be boringly long-winded again...
Its high time they dumped the group stages and went for a
straight euro knock-out cup .

Top 8 this year will be >
Arsenal
Valencia
Madrid
Ajax
Juve
Leverkusen
Bayern
Barcelona

Manchester United have had their time, and most of the 'Big'
Italian sides are going to fail again.

Liverpool FC will be in the final 8...

a top 8 including ajax? i hope so, bu i doubt it. they're
still a young side. i think madrid will win again. hopefully
man utd will get their act together, they have so many good
players!

btw, the second group stage is going to disappear next year,
right?

hmmm. my mate supports Liverpool and reckons they'll win the
premiership this season.
I'm not convinced by them yet, but they can grind out away
draws in Europe which Arsenal, IMO a superior team ,
struggle to do.

Yeah lets see Liverpool do it... Owen & Diouf were off
colour against Blackburn though, not too promising
attack-wise

Yeah , I think Ajax are on their way back up... and Inter
always seem to flop on the big stage so why not ?
Alec Ferguson won't admit that he made a mistake with Veron,
who is now seen as an embarrasment in England. I don't think
Man United have moved forward in the last 3 years, whereas
Arsenal have become better and better.

I think Arsene Wenger is a great manager. PSV could do well
now they have Guus Hiddink

I don't think anyone can stop Arsenal in the Premiership but
as you say Liverpool have over the past few seasons have
been better in cup competitions. I would love to see
Liverpool with the Champions League all we need is for Owen
to get a goal and he will be back to his best.

Soccer??!!
NO!!! FOOTBALL.
That is what it is called, and for good reason seeing as
90% of the time, the players use their feet. See the
connection? Now American Football - There is a sport with a
ridiculously paradoxical name.
PS - West Ham and Super Joey Cole for the European Cup!

because he wanted to leave

ahhh real madrid... it's not even going to be funny anymore
this year :) they don't need ronaldo to become champions of
europe, but oh well, it'll be really good to watch 'em play

with zidane being an asshole i meant his schwalbes during
the european super cup game
