What's the best track in the "pop" charts?

What, in your opinion is the best track currently in the
"pop" charts?

I'm not sure if it has charted yet, but I really like the
kosheen - harder. Mediocre lyrics/singing/video/tune, but
the superb drum and bass in the chorus redeems it :)

Big Tymers' lates single/joint.

They're so ugly, I love it. Especially the guy with the
'fro. He's my favorite.

The last time I listened to the "POP CHARTS", Rick Astley
was #1 with "NEVER GONNA GIVE YOU UP"

I have been studying Ninjitsu since that time, in the
wilderness. I'm afraid, transistor radioes were not
permitted.

Shit, I forgot about Ludacris. He's fucking funny too.

I think the beat on Grindin' is alright too. I like the fact
that it's empty except for that little blip sequence.

the beat is incredible, it's so 80s raw. reminds me of too
$hort's classics. also, lil wayne kills it on a freestyle.

It is good, I borrowed the album to MP3 it, but then noticed
it doesn't play on PCs/macs :(

Ahh, yes, the new protection code that labels made up to
fuck us even more. I feel sorry for people who do not have
"proper" Cd players and rely on their PC's/ Macs to play
music.... But, you can always rip it using your CD player
hooked to your PC, can't you?

Fair point, I could copy it to a CD-r and hopefully the
anti-MP3 protection on the disc would not be copied across
:)

Hmm, I dunno. But sure as hell you can just copy it into
soundforge or somethin and then turn it into mp3.

I think it may have something thaat stops the cd being
"read" on a pc...

Hey, that's what we've been talking about from the beginning
but hooking your CD player to a PC and ripping tracks that
way should do the trick.

Actor Priestley's Spine Fractured
(AP) - Actor Jason Priestley's race car crashed head-on into
a wall at nearly 180 mph Sunday at the Kentucky Speedway,
breaking his back and leaving him in serious condition with
a concussion and other injuries. The former "Beverly Hills
90210" television star was flown to the University of
Kentucky Medical Center with a spinal fracture in the middle
of his back and a closed head injury, as well as broken
bones in both feet, Indy Racing League medical director
Henry Bock said. More...

I can't wait for "hands around my throat" by death in vegas

"good music" to the UK charts.

do you often check charts?

do you know perhaps if any tracks by rdj, jenkinson or boc
ever made it to the top 100 chart?

"good music" to the UK charts .... pop music is 'popular'
with the majority, am I right? So does that make
electronic music a minority thing? I.e Not a lot of
people listen to it...I think so.

a track point of view....in my worthless opinion!

once.

Jedi Chris:

I meant "good" by the majority here's standards :)

Jedi Chris: most of the music in the charts right now IS
electronic music (in the sense that it uses samples,
sequencers, loops, turntables etc.). It is not IDM, of
course, but most of it is not the "old fashioned" guitar/
drums thing.

Who are you to judge on quality? I could tell you now for a
matter of fact, that what you deem is quality is absolutely
shit to the next person.

The music sales prove how successful the artist is by who
many cds they sell.
