Dear John,

Hello! My name is Cecille and as a Customer Care Consultant
from the TechMail Department, it is my pleasure to assist
you with issues or concerns regarding America Online
Services.

I understand that you are having difficulties accessing your
AIM and AOL Buddy List on America Online (AOL).

I apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused
you.

I would like to assure you that there is no problem with
your AOL software. AOL is aware of this and I can assure
you that the problem is being worked on.

At this time we do not have an estimated time of repair but
our technicians are working day and night in order to fix it
as soon as possible.

I will also escalate the matter on your behalf to the
appropriate department here in AOL so that they can check it
for you.

I really appreciate your patience and understanding about
this matter. Please try again at a later time.

Please write back if you need further assistance with this
issue or if you have any inquiries, suggestions or
comments.

Cecille
Customer Care Consultant
The TechMail Department

MSN Instant Messenger is better, anyway. I like the blue.
The color is the only thing that matters.

And it doesn't shove those windows into your face as SOON as
someone IMs you, that makes me pull out my hair!

(and before someone tells me there's an option to make it
NOT do that, I know, but I'm too lazy to click on
preferences).
