i was so anxious to get drukqs that i ordered it from warp
before it was released, so i had to check my mail box every
single day..to add more suspense to the whole waiting thing
i never ever downloaded any song off it...until ze day i saw
a wee package...ahhhh ze wee_boy whispered, ze wait is
over....after that, i spent 3 days with my phat headphones,
listening to every pitch and tone, amazed over and over
again....

it was my firs aphex experience ... I liked it soooooooo
much that since then, in less than 2 months I bought 40 IDM
releases (13 aphex, 14 autechre, 6 SP, 4 plaid, 2 BOC, 3
uziq, 1 photek, 1 plone)

but not only that:
I was so amazed, I started searching on the net (for the
first time) for reviews, to see what other people thought
about that new (for me) artist... after some different
reviews and by searching different links, I arrived at this
wonderful site... now this is like my ciberhome... thanks
again to phob, tune, all the moderators and to many of you
sick posters.

this much I liked drukqs.

:-)

I downloaded it but i didnt hear it that much. Then one day
they played Meltphace 6 in the radio. That made me listen
more to it. I still try to stop my self from listening too
much to it until i'll go out and buy it...

i didn't buy it untill 2 months ago. I went through a
period around then. I wasn't listening to much 'idm'. now
more than ever I am. my friend had it and i keep hearing
parts and then I just had to get it.

I like the 2 cds and I like them just the way they are, with
that order and all, I think is great... the sof piano pieces
or the "saw IIish" ones are great...its like a day in the
life of any human being with so many different moods and
states of mind

The first time for me was weird... I liked it, and thought
it was pretty cool, but it took me a nice while to really
appreciate it... it wasn't such an amazing first listen for
me...

yeah, I think it's amazing now... but it just took me awhile
to really appreciate it... I was already into Aphex Twin by
the time I bought Drukqs anyways...

no tracks have hit me immediately more than the lush beauty
of track9-10 on I care because you do ( Moo kid into Albrto
Balsalm )

When I first heard drukqs I thought it was disappointing.
Now I just think half of it is disappointing. Overall
though, its not his best.

I downloaded Drukqs LONG before it came out, and I did it
slowly... a few tracks a day for about a week.

I can't remember what I thought of it... I guess I kind of
liked it... :-/

But I started loving it after a bit, of course. Come on you
cunts, let's have some Aphex Acid!

i heard Drukqs and i said to myself, "holy shit pat, you
must have jumped into the deep end, you are really liking
this!"

i purchased 2 remixes by Afx the same day, however it took
until december to arrive :( i prefer drukqs over a 3 track
ep any day... but that's just mho
