For me, it's not so much I like the softer stuff more, but equation just doesn't do it for me, especially if I just had the Windowlicker EP, it doesn't fit for me with the title track and nannou |

I dunno, I think it does... Windowlicker is what you would call glitch music is it not? And I think in the 3 songs he does an excellent job of covering the popier glitch (Windowlicker), the harsher glitch (equation), and the softer (nannou)... |

Equation Windowlicker Nannou Equation and Windowlicker is some of Aphex best work imo. Very inovating stuff. The EP is a master piece =) If i should list my top ten EP's Windowlicker would be number one !!! |

Theres a track on the Live ATP mp3 from Jands server at 36:48 that is really experimental and crazy , pure Equation style. I soo hope he will release that. I think Aphex took an interesting direction with the Windowlicker EP. Thats why i was a little bit disapointed with Drukqs , even tho it was an impressing release. |

Windowlicker Nannou Equation Let me explain: I love all of these songs; they are incredible, and I really would give each a 10/10, but when it comes down to it, I like Windowlicker the most of all, and Nannou only slightly more than Equation, even though the songs are entirely different. |

In a swedish review the writter said Nannou sounds like a samurai meditating by a gentle stream. Pretty cool description , some parts of the track sounds a bit oriental. I think. "Equation" sounds like a computer that has been given a mind of its own , it feels pain from the sudden rush of information. Windowlicker sounds like a porno directed by David Lynch. |
