I think of it this way, AE makes some dawm good electronic
music, but it's two people making it together... just think
if RDJ's brother never died and they were a duo...

µ-ziq.

autechre/gescom

KEEP IN MIND -- WHICH ARTIST ACTUALLY LIKES RELEASING THEIR
MUSIC?

they do live performances, too. instead of just dj. that's
always fucking mental.

i wonder if ae will manage to somehow do an unbelievable
comeback....

offline CORTEX from Canada on 2002-05-22 21:58 [#00230424]
Points: 3346 Status: Regular

oh yeah, and i wanted to add:

i think that aphex is a lot more popular and well known than
ae. a lot of people begin to get into aphex and move on to
discover ae afterwards. this is why, imo, some people vote
for aphex, because theyve been listening to his music a lot
more than ae.

is this possible?

also, i think a lot more people prefer aphex to autechre,
but the ones that do prefer autechre like them a lot more.
you know what im sayin'? it's just a theory...

i strongly prefer ae, but im not saying that theyre better
than aphex, only that i like them more. but again, it all
comes down to personal taste!

:)

damn, another thing:

i am very interested to know which artists, between ae and
afx, phobiazero prefers. but i doubt it he will say it.
not that it actually matters, im just curious!
