grilled ham and cheese, can't go wrong with that......or
just buy some portions of salmon from the store (it's cheap
when you just buy one serving) and cook that in the overn or
on the stove, it only take a couple of minutes

I like scrambled eggs! My loving girlfriend taught me how
to make the following foods: cookies; cake; scrambled and
hard-fried eggs; and I've helped make spaghetti, but I don't
know what I'm doing very well. ;)

When making sauces where you add flour to thocken it, do
that before you add the veg. I.e. add it to the watery bit.

When making soup, blend half of the veg and leave the other
half in pieces. This way you get nice "uniform" taste and
lumps for texture.

make spagetti bolagnese.

mmmmm.... gonna revise for my German oral 2moro too, while i

Ummm, try Shrimp and alfredo sauce. Sounds hard, but its
very easy!!

Boil a pack of Linguine in a 3 quart pan and taste it buddy,
until yiu like the texture.

Buy "5 brothers" alfredo sauce. pretty cheap.

Fry a pound of flesh-I MEAN flesh- I MEAN shrimp in butter,
you know, sautee it. Which is VERY easy.

Drain noodles.

Add afredo sauce, keep pot on low heat.

Mis in shrimp.

as Salt, pepper, Oregano for taste....

mix.

EAT.

I've made a vow to myself, never to eat at mcdonalds... its
gross, its really unhealthy, its ALWAYS squashed and they
dont treat their staff very well either.

i might eat 2 times a month...excuse me i meant day, 2 times
a day, maybe fast food twice a week and a nice resturaunt

great salsa:

1/2 onion
5 tomatoes (not the huge juicy ones, the smaller waxyer
looking ones)
2-5 jalapenos/jabeneros/chillies (what ever you like
2-4 garlic cloves (to taste)
fist of cillantro (to taste)
punch of salt (to taste)
tablespoon or so of apple cider vinegar (to taste)
tablespoon or so of lime/lemmon juice

cut the stems off the cillantro, peel the garlic. cut the
stem off of the peppers. peel the onion and cut off the
ends.
throw everything but the onions and the tomatoes into a food
processor.
process up good but don't mulch.
cut up the onion a bit and throw into processor. process
till diced.
cut up the tomatoes and dig out the middles. the more
middles you leave in, the more runny your salsa will be.
either cut the tomatoes or throw into processor last. or cut
some and process some depending on how you like your salsa
texture.

if too juicy, strain out the juice. you can use this juice
in cooking up some rice or something.

lemme tell you. this is some kick ass salsa. eat it with
chips or with a spoon; whatever gets you off.

mcdonalds beef is only about 30% meat.
the other 70% is ground bone, ground by-products, ground soy
products. but hey, you slap enough ketchup on it, the
americans will eat it, and the russians will dress up and
take the family to eat it.

oh hey,
if you are ever cooking anything which requires butter;
cookies, pasta, use your imagination..

take that butter and first sautee about a 16th or an 8th of
marijuanna in it. then cook with that butter (probably
should strain out the weed but its not entirely necessary).
my favorite is to use this in cookies. they are great for
the movies or family gatherings and they give you a kick
like smoking can not.

THC in marijuanna is fat soluable so the butter will get
loaded and soon you will too. just be careful not to burn
the butter. low heat man.

Buy a little barbarque grill. Buy coals, skewers and meat
chicken, pork, or beef. Fire up the coals in the grill. Cut
the meat in strips and Marinate(soak) the meat for about 45
minutes in teriyaki sauce and soy sauce, or balsamic vinegar
and onions. If using balsamic vinegar with pork add
paprika. Put the meat and onion on the skewers and cook on
the grill.

to go with it buy a box of wild rice follow intructions on
the box.

Make a salad with lettuce, tomato, radish, cucumber, red
peppers, onions then for dressing mix in avacado and
mayonaise sparingly and toss.
