Lycos decided to just pull my page with my music on, just
like that. No email, no nothing. Needless to say i'm a bit
pissed.

Anyway, i'm looking for a host that doesn't take ages
verifying your tracks, I don't care if they have an already
set out page (though FTP would be nice)

anyone help?

cheers

I always found the ads in the back of Wired magazine a good
start for affordable hosting. You get what you pay for
though, a lot of the really cheap shops are terrible at
customer support so it helps if you know a little about
computers and can troubleshoot things yourself.
