I remember asking Gez on here what happened or where did he
go just after Mark had passed and he completely went off on
me. I didn’t know at the time but it was his identity.

It was so weird hearing about his death from news. Rip
Jivvy.

His music will always be in my rotation. Never gets old,
only ever gets better.

And he gave us many laughs on here. We were “blessed” to
have him. RIP Jivver

Great producer - who made Bjork "the great experimental
amazing alternative music icon" thanks to his work on
Homogenic. Before that she was an indie girl turned mtv pop
dance icon. He turned her into electronica icon. And she
followed that path turning into the weirdest act you'd
imagine.

And I love to go to Depeche Mode forums to read what
die-hard fans have to say about Exciter and have a chuckle
at all their whining. Great thanks to Mark for that as well.

I once had a private chat in soulseek aphextwin room with
Monoid. The chat was great and suddenly in between he said
"hey, it's Jivvsey". I remember chatting to a smart, cool,
cheerful, honest person. Whoever I really talked to then -
that's how I want to remember Jivver.

I tried to make this post as harsh and as true and sore as
possible, in the loving memory of Jivverdicker. If I failed
- f you, not my problem. He made many of us all men and
manly - with just his words - before we knew it. Many of us
had to remove their accounts and come back under new names
to try to fight his wit, his iq, his straightforwardness.
His power.

His legacy will never be forgotten.

Now read all of the above with e.g. Ricky Gervais voice in
mind.

////////////////////////

TL;DR: rest in peace, Mr Bell, you're missed. I miss your
honesty here and great production skills in the electronic
music world.

p.s. I can imagine his reply to this post, like, "you're an
embarrassement to this place, you always have been. gtfo"

Mark was a massive fan of "Some Great Reward" and he told me
how much he enjoyed Martin's company in the US while he
produced the album.

I really miss him, he was my go to guy when i was ill, he
always cheered me up and encouraged me.

See you soon man. x.

Jivverdicker..he hated me for my Bad English. Didn't want
him to die, but for me he was a pain in the ars. I never
knew he was Mark Bell at the time. Now I just wish I'll see
him in the after life so we can have a proper English chat
and listen to excellent electronic music. RIP.
