...I'm not at all religious; I am, however, in favor of a society where people do what's right and wrong based upon legal practices. It just isn't pragmatic for everyone to go about doing whatever they feel is right. If you want to use drugs, that's your prerogative, but it doesn't make it right at all. And as far as spelling goes, spelling errors are okay, provided they aren't elementary homophones, such as using "your" in place of "you're." |

Sure, spelling errors happen--I know, there are typos. The point is, if one has a high school education and is a native speaker of English, one should, then, use the correct spelling. It's good practice. |

hm..... good idea but then whos right comes first? what if i want to listen to music, but my sister wants to read (quietly) and for arguments sake, lets say theres no compromise possible (ie headphones dont exist, and neither of us can do our thing somewhere else) so i couldn't listen to music cus it would interfere with her reading but she couldn't read cus then i wouldn't be able to listen to music (yes i realize there are a bunch of easy solutions, but this is just a hypothetical situation, to make a point) my point is that there would still be some situations in which peoples rights would confict then one person would claim to be right and that the other is wrong ...but the law that "everyone can do what they want but cannot infring on another's right to do so aswell", would make BOTH me and my sister right AND wrong ...see what i mean? (sorry if im babbling on here.. but this is interesting to me) |
