I doubt it, uless he is a Libyan born here.

"There is almost no cannabis in Libya. There is not even
food and, moreover, it is such a dangerous country at this
time that it would be absurd to look for marijuana to smoke
in a country where there is neither food nor medicines.

Before the civil war and also a little later you could find
some cannabis and other drugs in Lybia. But the rebel
groups, which are Islamic fundamentalists, declared war very
effectively.

In 2013, one joint cost $ 7.80. The traffickers wanted to
sell at “affordable” prices to get more consumers. But
to think that $ 7.80 for a simple joint is an affordable
price is not logical. And it is even more expensive in a
country as poor as Libya."

Initial allegations
During the 2011 Libyan Civil War – a conflict in which
France intervened – Saif-al-Islam Gaddafi said in an
interview with euronews that the Libyan state had donated
€50 million to Sarkozy's 2007 presidential campaign in
exchange for access and favors by Sarkozy.[170][171]

We funded it and we have all the details and are ready to
reveal everything. The first thing we want this clown to do
is to give the money back to the Libyan people. He was given
assistance so that he could help them. But he’s
disappointed us: give us back our money.[172]

Saif al-Islam Gaddafi's claim was later repeated by former
Libyan prime minister Baghdadi Mahmudi in October of that
year, though Sarkozy denied its veracity.[170] Investigative
website Mediapart subsequently published several documents
appearing to prove a payment of €50 million, and also
published a claim by Ziad Takieddine that he had personally
handed three briefcases stuffed with cash to
Sarkozy.[170][173] French magistrates later acquired diaries
of former Libyan oil minister Shukri Ghanem in which
payments to Sarkozy were mentioned.[174] Shortly thereafter,
however, Ghanem was found dead, floating in the Danube in
Austria and thereby preventing his corroboration of the
diaries.[171][174]

as for the game itself -- when i played it, i'd actually not
seen the movie, as it was before movie piracy was possible
over computers. but i remember there was some creepy pair of
twins coming at me and i didn't have a good feeling, opened
fire, sure enough they exploded. mild spoiler for the movie

based on my memory, i feel like it was built on whatever
engine duke3d used and it was mostly just a half-assed 90s
movie tie-in FPS.

but, yeah, the soundtrack. it's almost good. better than the
game for sure

among favorite childhood memories is, ten or twelve years
old, at computer camp, playing duke3d all in a room
together, totally maxed out, eight or sixteen or whatever,
in the stadium level. the stadium level is tiny. it is
chaos. hilarious chaos

that and original quake were the games then
