This saddens me to say, but it appears that Xltronic is now the official home page of homophobia. We (the moderation team) ran a banner design contest for Pride Month. The plan was to showcase the winning banner for the final week of June. Once the winner was selected I emailed our webmaster Phobiazero (a misnomer if there ever was one), first several days before the banner was slated to go live, and then a few days into the final week of Pride month, since it had failed to appear. Neither time did I receive a reply. Now Pride Month has come and gone and we have done nothing to show our support for our LGBTQ+ community. The only logical conclusion I can come to is that Xltronic is a pro-homophobia forum. I've done my best to boost the acceptance of LGBTQ+ folks and fight the rampant homophobia, transphobia, queerphobia, biphobia, racism, sexism, Islamophobia, anti-Semitism and ableism that are found on this site every single day, but after our own webmaster's blatant act of hatred against many of his site's own members I can no longer in good conscience serve as moderator-in-training, and hereby resign from the staff of this forum which I have loyally served for years. As I'm not the type to give up on my principles easily, I plan to stick around and continue to fight for community justice on Xltronic. I am forming a new organization, the Community Justice Alliance of Xltronic (CJAX for short, pronounced C-Jax), which will support members of marginalized communities on the forum. Email me if you're interested in volunteering with CJAX or if you'd like to join the mailing list. Unfortunately Phobiazero's recent actions will likely inspire even more acts of hatred, so it is now more important than ever for good people to stand up. |

One of my long-term plans is to organize the Posters' Union of Xltronic (PUX). Our own labor (our posts) brings in capital for site ownership via AdSense and Viglink, and I believe we can unionize to receive a fair share of the profits, possibly enough to fund a number of full-time positions with CJAX or PUX. |

I gotta say, the paucity of vocal and enthusiastic support for CJAX's mission is extremely troubling. All these shit divide and conquer words need to be hijaked. Like think about "sexism", all that is is the word "sex" with "ism". So think like "communism", so basically "sexism" could refer to some sort of ideological belief stupidity structure about sex, make a shitty memepelex of sex related memes, that are just about sex, not about its mainstream explicit definition of "discriminating based on sex" or whatever, and call it "sexism". Make it popular enough that your "ism" out-competes the current definition memetically. And it should be done for "nigger" too.
