Hi hope you o.k.

I am getting enough fruit n veg

Do you supplement d3 during winter? (D3 not d2)
and Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin? ( not Cyanocobalamin which
is the most common)

I’m good, thanks for asking. Though the last few days have
been difficult physically, and my morale is a bit shit. Need
to get back into my “soul power”.

Taking vitamin D drops, as it came out really low in my
recent blood test. Keep forgetting to take it, maybe
that’s why I feel like a wombat nipple right now.

How are you, caring person?

get lots of fresh air dusslerust. even a jog perhaps
...even if its only 25 meters then walk 25 then walk..

if i didnt ride a bike id have to take up joging ( only with
soft shoes tho, hurts otherwise)

no exercise = feeling like wombat nips for me.

Thanks. I do get out though, and even when I don’t want to
I do because I have a dog. I walk to the town center to
shop, I very rarely use a car.

I’m not sure how you imagine me or my life to be like, but
“25 meters by 25 meters..”? Was that a pisstake? :D

nopez dusty just an attempt of tactical language.

had i said even if its just 1km walk then 1km walk then
1km..

i may have upset you more.

you may have gone out to try and jog, got say 50m and needed
a rest then
gave up and bought a slab of chocolate.

so i thought set a goal that isn’t too hard then we (thats
me, and you)have a greater chance of making dusty (thats
you) feel well again.

so on suggesting 25m:

you might go out, jog, get about 30m think "yay i got past
the freqy threshold." got happy....and bought and
watermellon.

There was allot more thought in play, but its 1am and I
cant remember now.

also, if one (thats anyone not meaning you or me ) has not
jogged for 5 years...it hurts, even if one has been active
every day such as through cycling and swimming. With high
impact, ones bones need to be gradually strengthened. then
it becomes more comfortable on one.

I think you must be talking about yourself I guess, I’m
not overweight! I might sign up to my neighbourhood martial
arts class. It’s Aikido I think. Yes running is great! For
weight control and the heart, but not just that, I agree.

Thanks for the tips, freqy; just remember that I can be
rather touchy, and that you can come across as patronising,
and condescending.

Just kidding. Do you jog a lot? Want to go jogging with me?
I’ll make you something nice to eat after.

running is very tedious, I suppose I can take up jogging but
I will have to get a decent mp3 player first

yeah i meant jogging, whatever it is, its not for me. but i
secretly fantasize about having spare hours a day this next
spring and just go and do what i already do by fast walking

offline Hyperflake from Wirral (United Kingdom) on 2017-11-16 19:00 [#02537561]

yes I walk fast everyday, I'm find with that, as long as I
don't get that horrible burning lactic acid feeling in my
lungs

well i dont do the psychic shit i did last winter like after
a day at work, take the dog and go for a hour of fast
walking in the cold and shit. i must have had really
something i needed to discharge. but im cautios this next
winter cos i dont want to end up vomiting for the stress
like last year. its one of the things i do, once a week. for
i do more than one hour of walking with maya a day anyway,
and sometimes with the cold we walk fast

dusters i never said you were over weight , and even if you
were it wouldn’t matter. and how would i know anyway.

in fact i went to lengths to tell you and I and any readers
that even if one cycles and swims for 5 years ( slim as a
whippet) and then goes jogging, it can hurt!

jogging sucks to begin with. i didn’t want you to try and
give up too soon ..if...you were bothered enough to give it
a go.

thank you

but you dont have to buy brita brand

you could get a tesco brand cheaper

or a cheaper still on ebay.

it will filter most stuff out.

including the chlorine ...the stuff that sings your eyes.
and burns your liver.

the stuff they use as a weapon. chlorine gas in ww1.

i meant that i tastes of chlorine when i come back from the
swimming pool, even after shower. must be some particle that
just remains on the skin.

you filter out chlorine and pathogen things and use that
water to make coffee with.

That’s great; an awakening, you have become more aware.
Yet trust me, even the best of us will get emotional,
possibly negatively speaking.

Im really happy for you, man, I guess you will get less
frustrated on here.
