Glad you got back on track, I also had some difficult times, walked away from everything and eventually got some help. Back on track too, in fact, I feel like I am more focused than I have ever been and have so much time/energy for music and my new interest in glitch art. |

I gave up attempting to make music as I realised I had nothing to say and, if I were to say anything via music, it would be irritating. I am writing sci-fi though. Keep an eye out for my latest space tale; "And the moon be fucked" (largely influenced by binge-watching Star Trek the animated series ) |

I guess that is something up to you, though there are no real rules as to what music must be. Music can also be irritating. ;) I respect your decision though and appreciate that you are considerate of something to say in reference to making music, I also try to adopt this in my music. Will keep an eye out for your sci fi. |
