I'd probably vote:

Aphex:RDJ

It's a bit of a cop out, but it had Girl/Boy song on it,
which I think honestly changed my life subtly at age 15/16
whatever.
I remember when my first friend got the album, and sort of
thinking 'I didn't know music could sound like this'

BOC - Music has the right to children
(even though this album always leaves me feeling depressed
after I listen to it)

Honorable mention:
Clark - Clarence Park
(mostly because this cemented to me that electronic music
wasn't just Aphex, and my mind was expanded into new areas)
