The first two tracks from the first EP are extended cuts from the live albums, yes. But the rest aren't, as far as I can tell. The last two EPs are especially nice. Well I used to post more back when this site was called aphextwin.nu and later when we still had Autechre broadcasts on here, haha. Nowadays I'm much more of a lurker. |

Folks over at WATMM seem obsessed as to wether this is an album or not. I find that amusing. If it's not an album does it mean less work was put into it? Etc... I'm taking it as a five part album. The press are also calling it an album. Basically it's a release, that's what matters, but I find it interesting why it's such a big deal wether it's an "official album" or not. There seems to be quite a few references to the number 12, though possibly accidental. |
