Do you ever feel too aware of your heart beat and it feels uncomfortable sleeping ? My heart rate is fine, but I'm skipping beats and I keep worrying that I'm going to undergo a coronary thrombosis

it's either paranoia, a panic attack, or the moronic and desperate thought that you can ask someone on a moribund messageboard to help you. these 3 are interchangable.
this is tongue in cheek right? if it's not ask someone you know rather than someone you don't. and that 'advice' IS serious.
if you want a more sensible and sensitive view from someone who has and will never meet you i need more information.
