Hey peeps, i've been on the MB since 2000-ish, and visit here and there, but i need to get to the point, i need to ask on what to do here: this is very serious So i'm working on my g.i. bill college, but can't get anything setup here in Oakland/Fremont area, CA. It was a long and difficult time working for the airforce as a computer tech., and now I can't even get my just results in school b/c of all these wierd ass rentals. I called the police on a certian rental as a roomate broke into my room. The landlord was renting out rooms he shouldn't (too small, whatever), and from there *I* was evicted. I then found a nice house in Oakland, mother, father, 2 children, and a japanese elderly lady that I now got shut out of useing any of their day to day means., ie., main kitchen, main fridge, any of the downstairs...So im spending $1100USD/month for a tiiiiiiny room, external shared bath, and tiiiiiny external shared fridge. barely a hotplate to cook with. B/C I have bad credit and have been out of the country for years, ontop of now going to school full time, I signed a 1 year lease here. This lease is a template that was edited with bad English, that my only recourse is to actually take to a lawyer, and pay him to give it a comb over and see if there are any loopholes that make it void. Every other day, more roaming room in the house is taken away., THIS SHIT SUUUUUUCKS.... I'm so angry about all of this, b/c this is my college, it severely affects me at this university, my homework, everything...this whole situation deeply erks me on a daily basis. -- So there is a recent douchey development...a bit of gossip., and wtf... -- one of the two sons revealed to me that he engages in online sports place betting. He told me that he was 30k in debt, and owed to pay in 4 days. I told the dad, and the kid moved out, but he keeps makeing shit up, and it gets to me...moved to a vacation to china? where's your visa? oh? hong kong? uh huh...yeah right...but the thing is is that the entire fa |

family is covering things up... -- so anyways, what can i tell the lawyer as to what's up? I want him to take me seriously, and not a worrying basket case. |
