arrived today :) the digitals sound substantially different
from the vinyl, have to say i prefer the tone of the record
at this moment.

I picked it up just because i'ts limited and lately when
there is limited vinyl it usually triples in value after
they're out.

the halcyon days of rephlex.. onclements and wasted sunday.
brilliant and astute.

this is crying out to be bought and listened to only because
of its limited and pomposity of its formats and from the
artist himself that 10 years ago produced some of the best
'braindance' in its genre.

colundi is shit. it's a dead end, a bit like syd barrets
solo albums. no, worse. a disperate (sic) attempt to grab
onto the greatness of the old rephlex and of whom he was
apart of.

rather painfully ive listened to all 1-6 and i am genuinely
sorry to say it's fucking awful. no melody nor comedy
(onclements was great with amusement, but still brilliant at
the same time), just a dead end to a dead genre.

itf you've not heard any of it don't fucking bother even
trying. sorry.

2/10 is being generous. what an emotionless pit of
nothingness. a bit like reading drill rods and
epicmegatrax's posts.

i take that back, 0/10.

well we have your dry wit to get us through the hard times
when braindance albums aren’t humorous enough right? or
onclements, since my old records weren't magically erased
when these new tunes came out.

personally i find this to be otherworldly stuff at a scale
usually reserved for artists like dopplereffekt.
experimental instrument/tuning scale/release formats,
ambitious as fuck. very happy with it

the halcyon days of xltronic.. phobiazero and recycle.
brilliant and astute.

this is crying out to be clicked and read only because
of its limited width and pomposity of its users and from the

maker himself that 10 years ago produced some of the best
'content' in its genre.

back. nobody will give a shit.

My opinion being that you / Xlt turned into your perception
of Colundi yourself - no humour anymore, remains of the good
old times. Thanks for confirming this with your reaction :)

On-topic: I love Colundi, different music for different
purposes, mostly deep listening, obviously influenced by
Jeff Mills which is great. Some tracks or albums are better
then others, but perfect to let it all flow in the
background. Glad Aleksi is not doing the exact same stuff
from 10 years ago over and over again like Motorhead (or
Xltronic <3 )

i love it as much as i loved the others colundi releases.
spacey, minimal, warm & psyche & experimental at the same
time. easily some of the best stuff i heard this year.

i like syd barrett's solo albums, but i don't think rephlex
is in the business of making flippers.

Id accept someone slagging of David Gilmour solo stuff as
it sounds like an ersatz Dire straits/music for accountants
