think?

most people can use drones effectively as sort of a
background watercolor wash, but it takes much more skill to
do anything where drones are the focus, and not make it
dull. who is david?

i wonder how he'd feel if his whole family were killed in a
drone strike, and for their deaths to be referred to as
"collateral damage"

look, it kills evil people and i probably believe that.
unless we all think the evil people are made up by the
government?! is there a better way to kill bad people? or
should we never kill them at all?

ah, one of those comments that seem to lump all unmanned
vehicles into the same basket.

drones are utterly fantastic for the ISR/persistence roles.

just having a drone worked in 80s 90s experimental because
ppl were new to waiting 20 mins for a tone to come in, but
now it is so easy to make with a computer and has been done
so many times that I would say it is not ethical to put out
a drone only release today.

Jews believe all non-jews are animals, not humans, therefore
it is ok to do anything to them including murder, rape or
torture. All jews are liars, it is a part of their religion.
They take a special oath named Kol Nidre which means all and
any oaths made to a non-jew are absolutely worthless.

Interesting:

"Regarding all of them, we repudiate them. All of them are
undone, abandoned, cancelled, null and void, not in force,
and not in effect. Our vows are no longer vows, and our
prohibitions are no longer prohibitions, and our oaths are
no longer oaths."

You're still a troll. :)

Were you bullied by a jewish boy at school? Stole your milk
money did he?

Drones are bad ass if they were actually used in a
battlefield. But Pakistan is not a battlefield (no matter
how you cut it, and neither are its provinces).

Picture this: You live a basic life, the closest things you
have to comfort are your family, friends and religion. Then
one day a drone drops a bomb onto your village, killing your
sister or loved one, destroying your home and belongings.
All you have left is your religion, but you're now driven by
rage. This is why we are in this retarded situation today.

peace niggaz

that state.

the world is turning rubbish

i think being narrow and antiwestern is an interesting
mutated condition. our self hatred is not exactly natural
and when focused on reveals itself as utterly butterly fuck
balls. check urself for these mutant conditions:

> obama is just as bad as bush
> bush was just as bad probably worse than hussein
> we have real tyranny and police state
> america created osama and saddam - we are the bad ones!
> we are the bad ones!
> muslim extremists hate us for what we did to them.
> they are people fighting western imperialism.
> i think if america left the muslims alone everthing would
get better like the next day.
> they took us to war on a COMPLETE LIE to get oil.
> blair should be tried for war crimes.
> when we get rid of the government we will be awesome to
muslims.

the world is more complicated than u think, mutant. your
anti west 'this is just like our vietnam' ego trip has cost
us all. you should be moving on.

Talking of drones, have people seen the DIY weaponised
personal drones? A bit of youtubing will reveal people
strapping AA-12 combat shotguns to live camera equipped
remote control helicopters.

Never mind the question of their morality in the theatre of
war, what about people building these and using them to
remotely commit crime?

If you give them enough time, intellectual public speakers
will convince you about anything . You should look at the
facts and decide for yourself. is using robotic/remotely
controlled machines to kill terrorists with the risk of
innocent life as collateral damage justified?. Should
certain countries have jurisdiction to use military action
than that of a less developed country?. Is it moral to risk
innocent life on CIA Intel gathered from a variety of
changeable sources? I'm interested to know your views.

In this thread you seem to be supporting Neocon ideology
without even realizing it, drones are ethical = powerful
countries like America should be able to use war machines to
target anyone/people they want and in any country. We should
be afraid of individual terrorists = we should be afraid and
give up our personal rights to allow governments to rape our
privacy.

There is of course an absolute truth of our world reality
that exists in the dead and living minds of our world, not
on the news or history books, but all you need to know is
that terrible men have existed in powerful positions
throughout human civilization. Tyranny and corruption will
endeavor, aggression and violence will always be how we
motivate our technology and boost ecconomies. That shit is
just how we roll, human beings are what they are, and it
will never change, so you either imbrace it, or appose it,
or just carry on in a microcosm world where you can get on
with your life and not take any notice.

For me and most Zilty denizens, walking along the
street in a largely peaceful country, yes, at this time I am
more concerned about the specific threat of a drone
owned/operated by a private individual negatively impacting
me*, than that of a drone operated by a government, be that
my own or another.

Objectivism (which is the political philosophy I follow) is
vehemently against the idea of law and order being enforced
by an individual. One of the extremely few areas of
activity that the government run, that should remain a state
function, rather than a privatised one, is that of the
police/army.

People who read it as an idea of "might is right" and think
that we're in favour of the guy with the most $$$s having
the largest private army to enforce his will are
misunderstanding it. That is closer to anarcho-capitalism.
Objectivists don't like this model, because it means more
human endeavour gets channelled into a personal arms race,
rather than things that are constructive/beneficial.

*By "negatively impacting" I mean everything ranging from
some kid's RC chopper scratching my car, to some lunatic
strapping an IED to a remote control car and driving it into
a crowded bus stop.

So the solution: ELITE SKILLZ.

When I practice walking the streets with my eyes closed
(using psychic vision to navigate), I think about if I got
perfect at it and only walked the streets that way... Or if
I ran around the streets on my hands. In either case, I
might be stopped by some law enforcement asshole, when
really, I could be more skilled than a person using their
eyes and walking with their legs, due to practicing that
shit 10 hours a day.

I think a world where everyone was just super elite in
everything would be great. Like if a child were to run in
front of your car, and instead of smushing it or swerving
into a gasoline tanker, you'd spin that car perfectly around
the child and resume your peaceful drive.

yo larn.
'If you give them enough time, intellectual public speakers
will convince you about anything'
the other side of the debate had just as much time and made
a kinda weak case.

america is facing something pretty big. wether or not you
believe the war on terror is just (which most of us dont)
the question here is what weaponry is going to be used.
LAZY_TITLE this kenneth dude makes the argument that the
previous tactic was tomahawk missles launched from a far
away location which could not accurately discriminate a
target. how is a drone attack a worse option?

well in practice 'might is right' has taken the reigns of
big chunks of our society but yeah im aware that the
objectivist theory included some sort of magic wand that
would balance power for every individual citizen so no one
would have too much force over the other - by everyone being
unregulated and selfish but like...all at once, so they
all..like.....balance out.

what we have in reality wether it's completely down to rands
shitty theories or not is a society of lonely scared people
with knives at eachothers throats. competition and isolation
has made our neighbors and fellows into aliens and enemies.
which one of those alien mutant unhumans is going to fly a
nanodrone into your dusty old vagina and blow you up? i dont
know but its going to happen.
