MAN I LOVE ZELDA GAMES

I am finally playing through Majora's Mask, 13 years or so
after I first bought it and gave up. I gotta say this is one
of the more challenging games in the series, I've been using
the guide quite a bit. After this I'm gonna finish Minish
Cap, then do Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks (if I can
wrestle the DS off my nephew). This leaves only the Four
Swords that I haven't played.

Do you play Zelda? What's your top 5?

Mine:

1. Ocarina
2. Skyward Sword
3. Twilight Princess
4. A Link To The Past
5. Majora's Mask

Arrgh I forgot about Wind Waker. Stick that in at 5. Even if
the sailing took the fucking piss towards the end.

protip: If a game is 3d, that is not zelda; it is an
imposter hijacking the name and attaching it to a slow paced
umpteenth mario 64 clone, yet another iteration of 3d fag in
3d world where you solve gay ass puzzles like "use the fire
to light a stupid torch" and you can't solve each puzzle
only because of some cryptic non-skill related nearly broken
flaw, like you have to push the analogue stick button
downward or some crap like that that you forgot about. And
each boss is a scripted sequence of simpletonian stupidness
involving some gimmicky cryptic puzzle instead of skill and
the whole game is just ass. ASS ASS ASS. And it probably
plays on a console with DRM and a kinect spying on you and
you can't sell those games because there is no free market,
only fascist monopolies. Just throw that console away, its
shit. SHIT SHIT SHIT.

Yeah Link's Awakening was the reason I bought a GBC, well
worth it. Cute ending too.

Yes WMW you make a valid point - which I read somewhere else
actually, almost verbatim - so nice copy and paste job.
Skyward Sword actually threw out most of the old cliches
from past Zelda games, so they are at least heading in a
different direction. Plus I felt like fucking He-Man
everytime I stuck my Wii remote (up my ass) in the air

8bit NES ZeldaI&II all the way!

Still naively hoping Nintendo is going to port those
classics to the iOS devices.
