start a band called

'someone ripped out the last page in all the books'

and debut the CD at your library musics section

then make a headline in your local news paper

"someone ripped out the last page in all the book at your
library"

and be ambiguous in the story so it sounds like its true.

and say a gathering will be held on saturday.

then film the masses of people flock to the library.

then make a musics video incorporating all the people at the
library
play guitars and keyboards amongst the crowd , monitoring
from iphones.
then line it all up in premiere.

then give it to mtv or something.

Sounds like TCHP era BoC. It's BoC Maxima-Geogaddi era BoC
that I miss most.
