I am making therapeutic progress

I almost got in a fist fight with my neighbour today. That
fucker parked his car on my parking space. I thought this
was a good opportunity to gain some confidence. So i started
to complain and told him to park his somewhere else.
He lost his nerves and pushed me a few times....i was
tempted to beat the fuck out of him, but i feared the legal
consequences.
Than his ugly girlfriend came and calmed him down.

What made me do this was a book on cognitive behaviour
therapy. The author a psychology professor recommands all
these strange exercises to his readers.
I now feel very good, but i don't know...it was my goal to
be more friendly towards people..but maybe i have to go thru
this.

The thing is, i know this guy is beating his girlfriend. I
will now reveal the violent side of this retard to the
public. Maybe this is a systemic intervention that has some
long lasting effects

Follow him to where he drinks
Rohypnol his drink
Damage his hands and claw his face
Steal his house-keys
Ensure he doesn't make it home
Go into his house and beat his girlfriend to death
Leave his keys in the door

Sorted for life. If she's ugly and has him beating her you'd
be putting her out of her misery

If I were you I would want to kill him, but thinking of the
consequences would prevent me to do so. I would want kill
myself instead, it's just less hassle, but that would make
my family so sad. Then I roll a spliff and play Unreal
Tournament and wait that this fucking life comes to an end
by itself.

This friday, i got an appointment with a new therapist. She
is specialized in cognitive behaviour therapy. Yes, it is a
female doctor. Dunno, if that will matter to me. Lets see
how this turns out

I don't care, it is free in germany. I have some ideas about
what i want to acchieve there. I got along with my last
therapist very well, but we didn't make any progress. If the
same thing happens again i am just gonna cancel the therapy.

smart and wants to have a healthier life. Also there are
some great doctors out there. Though far more shit ones.

some idiot neighbour of an old friends of mine,
threatened another driver with a gas-gun to let him park in
that (public) lot they were both just about to get in.
jerk lost the license and the story made the local
newspapers.
i know it can be really tough to get a parking space in this
here area with the highest car/population rate in all of
germany,
but what a stoopid chav..

This behaviour is repeatable in lab experiments. The more
rats you put in a confined space, the more aggressive to one
another you become. I normally dislike violence, but subject
me to crowds for long enough and my threshold of tolerance
become "I become fighty" dwindles rapidly.

I don't go into the centre of cities on weekends in the run
up to Christmas any more. I walked away from a fist fight
with a stranger in a car park a few years back. Lots of
people, rushing and stressed out means that you're far more
likely to get into trouble. Even if you're a saint, the
chances of accidentally upsetting someone who isn't go
through the roof in the run up to Christmas.

'Tis the season of ill manners and violence amongst all
men...

YAY! I knew it'd work.

Is it Albert Ellis by any chance? I know he's REBT, but I
thought you might have meant him because CBT is so similar.

If not, what book is it in particular?

I did not read anything by A. Ellis himself. It were just
books that mentioned him, and also incooprated other
therapeutic teqniques.
Which actually makes you wonder - a real dictor would ask
you what meds you are already taking before prescribing you
something else

i went to the doctor once when i was younger and not at
work, he really was pushing stuff i kept saying no thank
you. he kept saying go on , i said no thanks , he said
but you don’t pay for prescriptions do you? i said i
don’t think so?. he said well go on then!! i said but i
haven’t got a sore throat, he said yeah but you may get
tonsillitis. I went in for a bruised arm.

i swear to god i should have gone to another doctor as an
emergency appointment that same day and asked " so you see
any evidence at all of tonsillitis?"

i should have reported him.

I didn’t get tonsillitis and there was nothing wrong with
my throat at all.

that s**t prescribes stuff to old people for blood pressure
and diabetes and all sorts of stuff.

It's crazy that adverts for prescription medicine are
legally allowed to exist anywhere other than in medical
journals/magazines.

I visited this lady doctor today. Now, i really think our
conversation went well, meaning that i could describe her my
current problems and the expectations and goals i have for
this therapy. I was also very calm and focused. I also asked
her a few question about her work.
I am seeing her again in 10 days. Lets see how this goes...

hello ceri. its o.k i just wanted to know if he was in the
Uk having any trouble with benefits or if he was working.

The UK is hitting people very hard at the moment with
medical reviews.

i have solutions to avoiding that nazi shite. i doubt its
as bad in Germany, as in the UK .

serious, i read that some people with chronic arthritis
receive 0 points at their review and are told they can work
on building sites. they have to appeal and receive up to 35
percent less benefit whilst they await up to 9 months for
judgement from a tribunal court.

and any doctors notes or hospital assessments are
purposefully ignored so that
they can reduce benefit and pressure sick people into work.
