I use 2 and make chai sui

cut chops into thin slices, in a bowl put: black pepper,
light soy sauce, honey, white wine (preferably shaohsing

Flatten that shit out with a mallet and make some
porkschnitzel with it - looks basically like this "Tonkatsu"
jnasato is raving about. I have not had that stuff, but
porkschnitzel is the shit(zel)

Tonkatsu is pork filet, battered with Japanese bread crumbs,
so ultra crispy. Then it's served with a Japanese style
bbq-ish sauce. Often comes with shredded cabbage for ultra
crunch, and all is great with lemon.

Look at all THIS for ultra mouth watering
experience.

There is such thing as kinda cheapo tonkatsu, though, but
the good shit, is INCREDIBLE. FUCK I'M SO HUNGRY NOW!!!!!!!

In order to deal with my hunger from participating in this
thread, I had to buy a Pepsi and salt&vinegar crisps.

I get rashes when eating pig meat.

Pig meat is the only meat where the bacteria doesn't die
when you cook it.

"Although we should not eat the meat of the pig, it doesn't
mean that we should hate pigs"
