For me it'd be 2 cups.

The video starts out quite promising, the purple and the
track title made me think it might be some contemporary
chopped and screwed track.

The "beats" are like something off a kids tv show.
Her 'rapping' is like they gave a child a page of lyrics to
read and they don't understand what the words mean and just
read them aloud.

i want to hear a rap song that's like "yo yo yo i drive a 97
toyota corolla check my $30 timex watch" while completely
eschewing the use of deep bass kicks and booty horn sirens.

I have to admit lil debbie is super cute in Go Hard
and makes the video with her blase halfhearted dancing. That
and the cartoon gloves.

I remember reading on a forum where somewhere claimed Gucci
Hucci was Kreayshawn and/or V Nasty!

Epic Megatrax, I thought that was a veiled jibe at me for a
minute, I used to drive a 98 corolla. :)
Great car (for what it sets out to do). I think it'd be
refreshing to have (at least when they start out) more
rappers talking about what their life is really like. I love
the promo shot (can't find it online any more, sadly) of
detroit techno group Adult with their pair of white
Corollas. To me, it's far more interesting and
counterculture to have artists in a vehicle like that
(particularly in Detroit, where it could even be dangerous
back then) than yet another BMW/Merc/luxury car.

Ah, it's cool that they've finally made a term for all the
American train wreck attempts at dubstep that sounds like
their drug of choice must be Ritalin and that they master
the bass using laptop speakers.

I hadn't heard anything from Night Slugs before, but having
spent 5 minutes skipping between their tracks, I can confer
with you that it is shit.

It's the subject matter that's so fucking boring and one
dimensional in a lot of it that gets to me. I think part of
the reason I like Trip Hop is that a good instrumental isn't
ruined by some dolt banging on about spending $5KK on gaudy
jewellery.

dont turn this into a broken record thread, that'd be awful.

ah yeah ill make room on my list for nightslugs. the whole
vibe really gets on my nips. new jam city cover sort of sums up
that vibe (but its a pretty baller cover tbh). ive found
myself liking some kingdom and jam city .. i
could really easily become a trendy bell and love this stuff
so i really shouldnt go around judging the world actually.
shit i dunno the line between what i want to make/listen to
and what these people make is really too thin for me to act
so superior

As covers go, that's pretty sweet.

Even if the motorcyclist in me looks at the damage on that
bike and says that no possible crash could cause it to break
that way (even if it had been riding around on marble, where
a crash would be likely). What the hell am I on about, it's
clear that's not supposed to be taken literally. :)
