I had another job interview today. After about 30 minutes the women i was talking too, asked me to leave.
I refused and kept on talking and asking her questions. This seemed to make her mad. I had the impression she didn't really know what she wanted.
Im not the most professional person in my field, but I think as adults we should be able to talk about certain things. I had no clue what this women even wanted, and tried to find out the best i could.
I also had the feeling she didn't like me personally...and I didn't like her either...
Since i became interested in human communication this seems to happen to me a lot recently. Why, I ask myself? I always try to be polite.
What were your best or worst job interviews?

As an adult, you should have known what this woman wanted. Simple.

That was the problem, it was a temp work agency, so i didn't really know what they had to offer to me.

If they asked you to leave and you refused, do not expect any work from this agency in future. I don't know what it's like in Germany (where your Data Protection laws are more stringent), but in the UK they'd possibly share your name with other local agencies as a troublemaker.
Agencies are very cagey about sending on anyone who will make them look bad. If you acted like that in the interview, her concern is that you would do something bad on a placement. If you did, it would reflect poorly on the agency who recommended you and may impact on that company recruiting via them in future.

If you try to be 'polite' why didn't you just leave when she asked you?

Because I still had some questions. Because I also felt insulted. It's okay, I don't want to work there, not if I get treated that way.

temp job offices are mostly shit, i had a similar experience once, the woman didnt wanted to answer (or listen) to my questions...
i guess their work is a bit based in exploiting people and they just want to keep their shamefull working system secret and engage only workers who do anything they ask and dont complain...

What I do is the following. I listen to my conversation partner for clues, especially anomalies, deviations etc. I ask how they define certain words.
Than I keep on asking open ended questions , to keep them talking. Than we either agree or we just don't. Sometimes people get angry if questions become to 'intrusive'.

well done, these people are living jokes. but, depending on your defenition of "successful job interview", it may be not the smartest thing to do to point that out to them. or maybe it is, its up to you.

"It's okay, I don't want to work there,"
that's the correct attitude to take, imho.

Yes. I do have a job. But i want something else. It may sound strange, but I enjoy these job interviews.
No onr really talks to me in everyday life, so it is something diffrent from the daily routine.
In other situations however, i am not that relaxed when I have to speak to someone.

It is just a strange substitute for 'real' human relationships, now that i 'know' a bit on how to lead a conversation.
Hmm yeah, i don't know, my priorities are a bit messed up.
