From a philosophical POV, no, I do not believe bots can be sexist. Even if he were a person, I don't think his comments are that bad. People who have (or at least make known that they have) a sense that they are extremely attractive tend to be rather unlikable. For some reason, when the person concerned is unattractive, far from making it amusing/less annoying, it makes them even more unlikable than someone who is equally vain, but justifiably so. Mutya Buena of the Sugababes would be an example. She is very image-obsessed and vain; "qualities" which would be annoying even in a person who looks good. Given that she looks like a train-wreck, it's even more irritating. If you look ugly and you'll never be pretty, get over it. Focus on excelling at something you do have the potential to do well. Don't try and compensate by banging on about how hot you are, it's not something you're going to convince other people about. |
