I am sick to the teeth of waiting for the new album. What
the fuck is happening over there in London Bank Central?
Richard, friend, do the world a favour and get to WORK. Oh,
I forgot. You haven't worked a day in your butt fucking life
since FOREVER. I want Manchester Track and I want Gabbro Rod
Fix and I want it now.

You have to go to his dj shows to listen to the new
material.

upcoming release by mr twat Aphex twinz??

He's busy with other things, like making youtube tutorials.

why would anyone release anything nowadays? so everyone can
download it free... might as well save it for gigs,
especially if you have already made your money and proved
your point.

fair point, i love gigs & dj sets but i also love recorded
music, listening to music in my bed, during the bath, while
painting etc (everything i cannot do during gigs). i've been
to electro acoustic gigs/diffusion like grm & honesty i'd
rather chill out to insane music in some isolationist
context rather than staring a (genius) bloke standing still
behind a deck. so i hope cds & albums are not dead.

It's not about you trying to wash yourself listening and
complaining about music kullin. Try a bit of realism.

A. He does clearly not live in London anymore. He lives in
Cornwall. Lanner-Falmouth axis.

B. He has produced enough great records to last a lifetime.

Buy them all listen to them all 100's of times. There is
enough!

C. Listen. Shut the freak up. Be patient :)

he's just too lazy to master his tracks; drukqs came to be
because of the lost harddisk (or so he claims). he should
just let someone else master.
p.s.: no more analords svp (and more abbs, i guess)

(insert shit theory about why aphex hasn't released anything
within x amount of time)

personally i think it's because he's too busy building the
world's first drum machine made out of stick insects and
gorilla jizz + i heard he's got tuberculosis in his left
index finger so he might die soon

actually the next album will probably be 50 modded jx3ps
playing orchestral arrangements

'Why is Aphex Twin such a fucking fucking twat?'

My sentiments exactly. In fact, I'm pretty sure I made a
thread with this exact title a number of years ago.

Forcing artists with timeframes and such has a tendency to
ruin everything. I'll be happy if he releases more music,
but I don't depend on it - there's sooo much good music out
there :)

offline staz on 2011-10-07 16:13 [#02421646]

no there's actually no good music out there except for
aphex, in fact he made everything, good night

but if he starts releasing albums year by year you'll
probably start complaining that he releases stuff too often
and shit is not surprising and new and experimental and new
anymore

why? cause your ears are dead and you're a lazy twat bot who
can't find other music besides afx. let the guy be and spend
his analord money !

arrrgh!

I suppose he owes us fuck all. But i do wonder at times.
He'd say it's bullshit but i think he's under a bit of
pressure. Being the JC of electronic music. I mean what the
beat, Jesus still hasn't returned. Pressure i tell you. ;)

I think it's time we arrange for something along lines of
Stephen King's misery.

Dunno he could be invited to a DJ gig in some remote
location like the forests of Lithuania & while staying at
predetermined lodge his legs would be broken.

His only means of escape would be to write some top tracks
while a full recovery is prevented.

Haha i like it!!

Though it's a common myth that aphex can't work without his
legs. He likes to press keys using his toes. He says the
sound is warmer that way.

I'll get my coat. And brandy from the kitchen.

offline anirog on 2011-10-07 23:25 [#02421674]

Alright i'll see if I can't find a hammer of some sort &
that copy of fruity loops I had kicking around.

is.

Fair enough, Still trying to sort out a hammer.

Suppose we will need a story in the papers about an accident
of some kind in order to explain all these "unreleased"
tracks

Have to sort that out later though.

Now where the heck is that hammer at?

offline RussellDust on 2011-10-08 00:25 [#02421677]
Points: 16053 Status: Lurker

I can get a hammer by tomorrow. Thing is to keep this a
secret and no one has to know about this.

I know a place in Romania where we could keep him. The staff
is well paid and totally trustworthy. We would keep him
under a dry cleaners. My idea is to get him to work for
free. seeing as he's so into music being free. I would too,
had i made my millions.

Can we tickle his feet? I'd love that.

aphex twins doenst exist, as it's a joke made by elton john
and pater gabriel.

they made shit music from their bums that was digitally
translated through a kazoo linked up to the revolutionary
fruity loops.

you all fell for it like an english child from the 80's
attracted to a weird hawain shirted nonce with a sponge
hammer.

you bloody buggers.
