mk's grey test hits + AB5 draw

as most of you may be aware,
ive been recently thinking about selling my copy of AB5,
because of two main reasons,
cause i need money and
cause ive got it uselessly forgotten in a box.
+
as some of you may be aware,
ive been making music from almost 10 now,
and ive been thinking about making a little selection of my
best tunes
(those who have survived the grey pass of time).
+
following my own ideals and oscillik reflexions and rephlex
kindness,
ive decided not to make and ebay auction for ab5,
cause that would allow only people with lots of money to own
it,
and id preffer someone who can really appreciate it and make
a good use of it to have it.
=
what ive decided to do, then, is to sell my album to you
people for 10 euros and draw the AB5 amongst the first 100
buyers (as i would be very pleased to get 1000 euros on ebay
for the vinil and it seems to be the average selling
price).
so what youd get for 10 euros is a unique
homemade/handmade/personalized album (music and artwork) + a
number for the AB5 draw,
that would be made one month after reaching the 100
purchasers and following the spanish lotery number of the
day.

that offer would only be for xltronic users (and maybe
watmm, but im sure most of watmmers also have a xlt
account), because you are the only people who i can think
deserve to own AB5 and surely the only who can appreciate my
music.

let me know what you think of that idea and help me to make
it properly with suggestions. ill make a proper official
anouncement topic shortly, if i get positive response. takk

if anyone is interested in my album,
despite if the AB5 is finally drawn or not,
let me know at melack27@hotmail.com!
(ofcourse you will be included at the AB5 draw if done)

i will make melack's grey test hits
a beautiful artesanal object worth the 10 euros
(may include nudity)

most likely,
considering its 10€ well spent.
+ all the suspense^^
i think you can count me in.

btw i think you may have a flaw in assumption that you can
get 100 buyers - not to say anything about your music, i
just don't think 100 people even use this site anymore.
there's more like a dozen of us.

yea, CD format, my album (AB5 obviously vinil)

and you are true, getting 100 people will be difficult,
even counting the watmm users,
but maybe the AB5 draw will attract new users
and increase xltronic activity...

any idea to attract people?

i was also thinking about diferent prices
if i just get a few orders,
other vinils i have and never play...

several purchases could also be done,
getting different artwork and diferent tunes on each one,
and several numbers for the draw.

matter, but i like music

any chance of some samples from your album ?

i have to admit that even buying your music i would probably
not want to be part of the draw as i would for 100 % sell
the ab5 on ebay the minute i get it.

in fact i'm quite convinced that a lot of people might think
about the same. so i don't think that this way you will
assure that someone "worthy" gets it. inviting new unknown
users only highers the risk.

imho - sell the album but instead of drawing just give the
album to someone that you personally think deserves it.

ive got some tunes on soundcloud. ill try to make a
sampler of the tunes that can be included in the album and
post it here later (or in the proper thread of the project).
all tunes are amateur and unmastered, so maybe they doesnt
sound that good, but they are made with all my love and
braindancesque mind/ideas ;)

here is a sampler, little portions of some tunes that may be
included (ive already got a selection done, the one on the
sampler, but im thinking about making diferent versions of
the album for each order)

I would buy your CD. Sounds cool, but maybe 10 euros is a
little to much... Maybe 9,85€?

for me.

thank you for nice comments! :)

i have paypal:

melack27@hotmail.com

as i said, im gonna make a proper topic for this in some
days,
but if you wish you can already order the album without
knowing the final conditions (the draw shit) and i will
immediatly start working in your copy (please, note that is
a total amateur/artesanal work, individually handmade
artwork and burnt in a CD-R).
i am thinking about some vintage porn cards i found from my
grandpa for the sleeves ;) you can also include special
petitions, like, dunno, 'make the sleeves entiretly with
pubic hair' or whatever you think that can be a creative
challenge to me!

total running of actual compilation : arround 78 min.

oh, if you order please also add your xltronic user name!

i'm trying to decide which part of this thread is any
serious. apart from the pubic hair of course.

first copy almost finished,
it took me the whole day,
but im loving it.
including some porn cards,
a piece of a t-shirt,
eatable candies...
im thinking about making a first edition of arround 25
units
under this strip-poker theme.
dont miss it!
