Dear Richard, It has been so long since we last talked and I recall that last time, when you came over to fix the motor on the garage door, you had asked if I would like to buy the extended warrenty on it and I refused. Well it has been five years without any issues what so ever and the warrenty would have been useless. I understand that you are required to offer the extended warrenty but feel like you were attempting to add something to my purchase that I did not require and I feel slightly jaded by the whole transaction. If you are free in the next week or so, I have an external drain that has been clogged with leaves and discarded snake skin. Could you come round with your magic drain stick and unblock it for me.
