indeed mf

federations like the german one, or the dutch one for
instance started rejuvenation programs at level of national
team like ten years ago and they're now starting to have
some result, italy has never started

you always need some experience in international
competitions but in our case the experienced ones are too
old, and the young ones a bit shit so

apart for the fact that we are the champions, it's all about
luck this year more than 2006 imho

what do you think?

one thing is sure, those vuvuzelas are too fucking loud
not an excuse for the shitty first half eh,
everytime there's a program about the world cup on tv you
can notice it from those horns, even if you're not watching,
it sounds like a million flies
imagine the fuck up being there

it makes me think to the air conditioner at work, you're
being absorbed by the noise so much that if you notice it,
it's only when someone turns it off

btw

the majority of the mistakes came all from the old ones
the youngsters, some were a bit insecure, some whad
personality, not bad all in all

it's clear that we do not excel compared to other teams, but
we have never been a spectacular team. and technique is not
everything a team need in order to win

it seems

i thought the italy game was pretty good
and italy looked pretty good to me, specialy when they
needed to score the 1-1 goal, but dident play as good after
that goal i think.

North korea got pwned ! did you know they only had 50 fans
in the stadium, and they were not even fans, they were
military men ordered to support the team. if any of those
men disapeared into south africa their family would be taken
into captivity

it's a strange world cup. it's the first i can remember with
no reports of fan violence.

it seems the players are the ones letting their countries
down by cheating and diving around, play acting. or just
generally playing shit and not bothering to train, in an
embarrassing display of mardy cuntiness.

i'm sick of the vuvuzellas, which just drown out each
countries own unique style of support that usually colours
each match.

although, the uncertainty over who is a likely winner - with
many top favourites losing, or playing poorly - has made it
more interesting in a way.

overall i have not liked watching the uk coverage -
especially missing englands first goal due to itv putting on
adverts for no reason. or benny hill lookalike, adrian
chiles cack attempts at wit and fun broadcasting. however, i
have grown a like for mick mcarthy and his blunt,
unintentionally amusing comments.

worst italian team i have ever seen.

the defending was rubbish.
cannavaro is past it and cheillini not concentrating.
very little creativity in midfield.
no real goal threat, with a donkey up front in iaquinta.

shocking.
