is reason all that great? i looked at their synths, and
stuff, and didn't really think it was too slick. mainly
because you need a midi controller, which i lack. what do
the re-fills do?

These are my Favorites...

Fruityloops
NI-VST's
Cool edit pro v1.2a
FX2 (soley for the additive synth feature, where you can
teach it a sample and it will let you alter the individual
tones visually)
Audiomulch

How exactly do you control the knowbs in Reason with
Cubase?
Anyone know?

You can actually control the knobs in reason itself. Altho
the step sizes are a bit too large for my taste.

I've just come across a 'nifty' piece of software -
PhotoStitch. It came with the Canon digital camera that I
had (got a better one now..) If you have taken a series of
photos of a panoramic scene - it stitchs them together -
very, very clever software!

You mean with the mouse? I was wondering if there's a way to
sync a midi controller to the knobs. Is that through
Cubase? THanks

Can it stitch two naked pictures of a hot ex girlfriend
together to make it look like she was making out with
herself?

That would be ultra dope.

if u have a mac i suggest Quicktime VR studio ... it has the
best Panorama maker and stitcher !

I have used the software thatr comes with the nikon camera
it doesnt even come close to the QTVR.. a lot more controls
and functions u have control over like the percentage of
overlapping and stitching etc ;P
