1. What formats are the files available in?
The files are available the following formats

* 320 kbps Constant Bit-Rate MP3
* 44.1 Khz WAV
* 48 Khz pre-mastered WAV's (for some releases)

2. Do the tracks contain Digital Rights Management (DRM)?
No. They are totally DRM-free.

3. Can I choose which format I want the tracks in?
You pay one price and then its up to you which format you
want it in. You can download the MP3 or the WAV.

4. How much do you charge for your music?
A track is 78p, Single's are £1.50, EP's are £2.99 and an
album is £6.25. Occasionally we'll provide tracks as
original pre-mastered higher-quality 48Khz WAV files. For
these releases, the prices will be slightly higher: A track
is 99p, Single's are £1.99, EP's are £3.50 and an album is
£6.99.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We use Paypal and Google Checkout for payments. Both are
recognised as being very secure, safe and easy-to-use. You
don't have to have a Paypal or Google Checkout account to
use them, you can also use your normal credit / debit card
via them too.

6. What happens after I've paid?
If your payment via Paypal / Google Checkout is successful
then you should be able to download the tracks immediately
from the 'My Account' area. You'll also get a confirmation
e-mail from us telling you that your tracks are available.

7. How long do I have to download the tracks after
purchase?
We restrict downloads to 7 days to help keep our store costs
(bandwidth
usage) low. We monitor the number of downloads of each track
per user in
order to prevent unauthorised activity.

8. ...and what if I forget to download after 7 days, can I
still get my tracks?
In that case, you have to get in touch with us via the
contact form and we'll see what we can do!

9. When I go to download my tracks, can't I download
everything in one go as a zip file?
In our experience, we found it more problematic to download
large zip files. Especially if you are trying to download
hi-quality WAV's. We t

10. Why are some releases not available as individual
tracks?
We feel that certain releases are best enjoyed as a whole,
not as individual tracks. You are welcome to download the
tracks individually, but will have to pay for the full
release.
11. Where can I send demo's to?
Rephlex, PO Box 86, Redruth, TR15 9AL, UK.

12. There are only some Rephlex releases available, when
will everything else be up?
We're working hard to get as much of our back-catalogue up
on the site as soon as possible, grow more hands and make
more hours in the day - so stay tuned!

13. Is Rephlex stuff available anywhere else digitally?
The vast majority of Rephlex releases have not been
officially / legally available to download until now. We aim
to be independent, exclusive and good! You can support the
artists / releases / label, if you can / want to, by
purchasing a new / original edition.

14. What are the browser requirements to view the site?
As you can see the site is incredibly basic so it should
work on the vast majority of browsers. You'll need Flash
installed to use the preview player.

15. Some of the preview files don't play?
Yes, we are aware of that. There's an issue with the audio
player that prevents any track names with odd characters in
them from playing. We're looking into a fix. We're still
under construction remember!!!!

16. Are the BPM's accurate?
No. They are intitial approximations submitted by pro DJ
software and 3rd parties. Some are half (or double) their
perceived speed. Some are correct, others are wrong but we
are working on this and we hope you’ll agree it will be
decent when it’s sorted out. Feel free to contact us and
submit your own results!

17. How can I contact Rephlex?
You can get in touch with us via the contact form, please
note that we'll only respond to queries about the download
store and NOT the label. Please make sure that you quote
your Order ID if making any reference to a placed order. If
you have any queries about the label then please contact us
at Rephlex, P

Looks like there are some good releases in the pipeline. Now
if I can't grab a vinyl at least there is a legit mp3.

Well done Rephlex boys and good luck.

Are all the new signings unreleased analord tracks too? They
all sound the same!

jodey kendrick and monolith just sound like blatent clones
to me.

glad the rephlex digital site is up though. hopefully we'll
get to hear some of the new (decent) releases without having
to wait years for a cd/vinyl version.

i think kendrick is a real guy, not an afx alias,
and dunno about monolith aka david bernard,
he doesnt exist in the net,
so it might be a secret alias of a classic rephlex artist...
whoknows!

and id prefer more tusses not analordes...

lets hope for some great CAT200/201/202/203 surprises!

and what parala thing you mean, cunty,
the dubsteppy boom blaster or the new album as himself?

+ would someone be so gentle to pack the new analords in a
zip, title it as 'analord outtakes' and post a link? please
:)?

i just buy physical releases, never listen to digital
files,
and id like have it burned on a cd near chosen lords...

rephlex should make an extra release with all the outtakes
in one album download though. after buying all the original
vinyl records, i can't really justify buying them all again
digitally.

except maybe phonatacid.

oh and quite liking the design actually.. i'm not a big fan
of fail's design usually (they totally fucked the warpmart,
which probably explains why they replaced it merely months
later) but for a smaller digital site, it's ok.

would still be quite nice to have small album art jpgs on
the front page though. digital is pretty much killing nice
album artwork though, so i guess a lot of artists don't even
care anymore.

simple & square. that's cool that rephlex got its own

labels.

i would love to give money to all the artists who i think
deserve the support. my problem is i can barely pay rent as
it is, so i get all my music fo free. it's not like i would
be paying for it if the option to download wasn't there.

just wanted to let some of the other low income brothers

get a foot in the door? isn't that usually an expression
reserved for newcomers? i mean yeah rephlex is just getting
into the download thing, but it's certainly not like they're
struggling for a fanbase like some startup netlabel.
