commercial with Aphex Twin's song in it

Sammervision from earthlink on 2001-06-20 02:36 [#00010418]

My younger sister just informed me a moment ago that she saw
a commercial about teen's anti-drugs. It was a girl and she
said that her anti-drug was her future. My sister said that
she heard "4" from the Richard D. James playing in the
background. I haven't seen the commercial yet but write me
and tell me if you guys see the commercial

don't ask why i was watching mtv (i never watch tv, much
less that evil channel), but advertising for a "making the
video" w/ shakira (latin pop singer) the audio was either an
mtv remixed (ie: remixed by the commercial people) or a
blatant rip off of saw2 1-1 (cliffs). it was basically just
pitch dropped a lot, same vocal arrangement. pretty wack.

I'm supprised more movies don't use Aphex Twin music in them
to set tones and whatnot.

It is some of the best mood setting music in my mind.

There was some other commercial his song was used in that
actually aired. He made a song for an Air company, planes
that is and they rejected it because they said it sounded
too much like the plane diving/crashing or something
negative so they didnt use it. Youd know it as "Aphex
Airlines" funny stuff.

titsworth: I heard that too! I think it's just a rip-off,
not a clip of the Aphex track.

I saw some commercial for a new Toyota model coming out the
other day, and the background music sounded alot like Aphex.
It was alot of drill n' bass, and I could of sworn I've
heard it before.

Anyone else seen this commercial?

NO - but there are the confirmed ones, but as well there are
some commercials that rip off artists and change the songs
enough so they are legal to use without paying the artist
money.

While he runs across the u.s. and leaps off the statute of
liberty after examining the bottom of his feet (which are
rubber, like the tires) what song caught my attention?
Caustic Window- The Garden Of Linmiri
