Yeah, and to Extreme Noise Terror and Napalm Death as well, and Godflesh are a kind of early ND offshot, their leader used to play guitar in ND and drums in Head of david later. Their music, I admit, has a lot of metalic influences but is the only significant inheritor of early industrial music of the late 70s. Streetcleaner intro has this serial killer saying: I didn't hear voices. It was a conscious decision on my part" etc. Scary fucking shit and then the drums and guitar feedback kick in. I feel like shooting up fucking adrenaline every time I hear it. |

word that plaid is deff better. however i owned the black dog stuff before i owned any plaid. i didn't really appreciate the black dog stuff untill i got really familiar with plaid. also, i got most of the black dog stuff when i was in my depressive industrio angst post highschool pre-college grad pre-girlfriend phase. now that i am a happier person, i enjoy black dog stuff more. |
