I got a load of metal mates to go and they absolutely loved it. i recorded the lot - but in my usual shakey style... I'd say the sound is great though. You'll see the sound system fail during planet gear and the drummer do a great solo filler while they sorted it.... all on youtube by the end of the week. I would have filmed it from the balcony if I wasn't hanging with my mates downstairs.... I regret that now as it would have looked fantastic as the venus is quite small so it all felt really intimate. Oh well! The set was exactly the same as STRP by the way... but he reallty made the bass "speak" in some parts... |
